A note from Dustin:

There is a Zig Ziglar quote that is the founding principle for starting Elevate.  “Help enough people get what they want and you will get what you want.”  People always ask me how I got into this.  My answer, I didn’t.  It found me.  Since my first job and to this day, I have always been appointed as the trainer or the coach.  We all have gifting and talents for certain things.  Understanding people and developing their strengths happens to be mine.  Whether I am working with an individual or a large corporation, the results desired is completely dependent on people.

  1. That’s great what you’re doing. I wrote a book that you might be interested in, “Harness the Power of Exceptional Customer Service” that you might be interested in. I’ve taught from it all over the world. In fact hundreds of others are teaching from the principles worldwide currently. You can learn more at http://www.gaylyn.info.
